Personally Identifiable Information Our site uses registration forms for individuals and businesses to subscribe to the Wave2Wave newsletter, order services, request additional information, submit payments online or update customer account information. As an Wave2Wave customer you will be contacted by your Account Executive in the process of managing your account, by our Customer Service department to survey your satisfaction of our service, and, if you have opted-in to receive such communications, by our Marketing department to inform you of additional products and services available and special promotional offers available.

When you use our online referral form to refer a friend to our site, we record this information for the sole purpose of qualifying future customer referral credits. Unless otherwise indicated, we will not contact your referral, unless they visit our website and choose to opt-in to receive communications from Wave2Wave.
