MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE (July 1, 2003) – Wave2Wave Communications is establishing a stronghold in the
Southeast by initially rolling out its High Speed Broadband services in Memphis, Tennessee and
surrounding areas. Numerous customers, wanting a reliable, cost effective solution, have already signed up for service.
The launch of services in Memphis is just the beginning of the Southeast rollout. Wave2Wave has already identified
and will be rolling out services in additional markets, across several states, in the upcoming weeks and months.
