JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI (July 16, 2003) – Completing the first phase of its Southeast rollout, Wave2Wave Communications
announced today that it is now providing high-speed broadband services in Jackson, Mississippi and all markets within
15 miles of Jackson. This announcement comes just weeks after the Company launched service in Memphis, Tennessee and
Baton Rogue, Louisiana. By entering Mississippi, Wave2Wave now provides service across eight states in the Northeast
and Southeast, and expects to be in over eleven states by year-end.
