HACKENSACK, NJ (April 24, 2000) – Wave2Wave Communications, a High-Speed Wireless Internet Service Provider, today announced that Eric I. Mann has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Mr. Mann will report to the Company’s President and CEO, Steven Asman.

Mr. Mann has 14 years of experience in corporate banking that includes providing financing to highly leveraged companies in the telecommunications industry. He joins Wave2Wave Communications after serving two years as Vice President in the Leverage Finance Group at Mitsubishi Trust and Banking Corporation, a major international bank. Prior to this position, Mr. Mann worked at Merita Bank for seven and a half years, first as a team leader in the Leverage Finance Group and then as Vice President in the Telecommunications Finance Group. Mr. Mann’s previous experience also includes positions at Fuji Bank and Chemical Bank. Mr. Mann holds an MBA in Finance.
